Shipping

World wide shipping for all products available to purchase online. You can also select direct pick up at the 5PM Store in Nantes, France for all items featured on the website.
5 PM Store processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday).
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Packages ship from our shop in Nantes, France.
All purchases shipped within France will be charged using La Poste rates : 8€, items will be trackable and delivery times will vary from 1-2 business days.
Orders to European Union will be shipped by La Poste, using La Poste rates : 15€. They will be trackable and delivery times will take from 2-7 business days.
Orders to International will be shipped by La Poste, using La Poste rates : 25€. They will be trackable and delivery times will take from 2-7 business days.
Included tax will always be deducted on orders to non-EU destinations.

Returns / Exchanges

Items can be returned for a Refund, Online Store Credit* or Exchange. All sale items and limited collaborations are final sale.
Please contact us at info@5pm.fr before returning any purchase. We will authorize your return/exchange and provide you with an RA# that will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. No return or exchange will be accepted without the correct RA#. Invoice must also be included with the return.
5PM Store will accept returns for online store credit and exchanges within 7 days of item delivery as long as the return item has not been worn and is in the same condition it was when shipped out. All orders purchased during sales are FINAL; no exchanges or refund.

*All returns for Online Store Credit does not include Shipping Fees.

 The customer is responsible for all shipping costs; including the return of the item and the shipping for the exchange. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post. Any queries please contact us.

When returning an item it must meet the following criteria:

- All items must be unused

- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached

- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

- Shoes must not be worn outside, once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged

- All shoes should be returned in their original packing

- Returned to sender packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to 5PM Store by the carrier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of your purchase. The original shipping fee is not refundable. 

Lost / Stolen / Damaged packages

5PM Store is not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Carrier company holds full responsibility upon departure from 5PM Store's shipping facility. Customers are advised to file a loss/damage claim directly through the courier. 5PM Store will provide all necessary information needed to facilitate claim, but will only initiate filing claim if deemed a human clerical error on behalf of the retailer. Due to liability of the carrier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed. Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process and often take several weeks or more to complete.

Revocation

Customer may cancel his contractual order agreement by returning the goods within fourteen days without stating the grounds. The period of revocation shall begin from the date on which the goods were accepted by the customer or a third person appointed by you, who is not the carrier.

In order for the customer to exercise the right of revocation, the customer must notify us - 5PM Store, 18 rue de l’Arche Sèche, Nantes, France, tel.: 09.51.24.21.15, e-mail: info@5pm.fr - accordingly in an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contractual order agreement. You may use the sample revocation form below for this purpose. Sending notification of the customer's intention to exercise the right of revocation prior to expiry of the period of revocation shall be sufficient to comply with the period of revocation.
